Please note that all event ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds at this time, with one exception. If for some reason Country Kru Line Dancing cancels a performance due to weather, Acts of God, events beyond our control concerning the performance location, or any other reason where a substitute DJ and/or dancing instructor is not available to complete an event/performance, all guests will receive a refund for that performance date, only.

Merchandise is non-refundable. However, we will work with you and our supplier to replace any defective gear.
